Showkayce+ is one of the Arabian breed's most versatile and popular sires. He produces an extremely high percentage of showing winners, with nearly every winner in performance also a champion in halter.
Showkayce+ is the breed's only stallion to make the Leading Sires List for Scottsdale, Sport Horse Nationals and the U.S. Nationals in the same year!
In 2003 through 2005, Showkayce was the Leading Sire at the U.S. Arabian Sport Horse Nationals, in addition to siring multiple champions in halter and performance at the U.S. National Championship Show. Remarkably, Showkayce+ not only sired the National Champion stallion ShowGun+//, but also the National Champion Mare Kayce Ablanca and Reserve Champion Mare Reveries Kaiya. The Showkayce+ granddaughter DDA Spring Time also captured the Open Jumpers crown, completing an improbable sweep of both the Hunters and Jumpers Championships for breeder Day Dream Arabians and the progeny of Showkayce+.
Showkayce's success as a sire comes quite predictably. His exceptional conformation, beauty and athletic ability are the direct result of his superior pedigree which includes 12 National Champions and 9 Sires of Significance.. He also boasts 19 Aristocrat mares, including his dam Kay, with 8 appearing twice: *Naganka, Bayanka, Vadraff, *Bachantka, Raffoletta Rose, Gay Rose, Angyl, Half Moon Bay, Star of Ofir, Scheraff, Jurneeka, Fadneeka, Invasia, Ghazna, Fersara, Bint Sahara, Nafa and *Szarza. Showkayce is triple Balalajka (dam of *Bask++ and *Bachantka), including his important tail-female line.
